Interested in Coaching?
Anyone interested in head coaching or assistant coaching in South Fraser
Field Lacrosse must apply by completing and submitting a Coaching Profile
[Word format]
[PDF format]. The SFFLA Executive reviews all
applications and makes selections based on previous experience,
necessary coaching levels and coaching philosophy. All
coaches, assistant coaches and other bench personnel must first
complete an RCMP criminal record check, which must be undertaken
annually.

Emergency Action Plan Template
Every team must have a completed Emergency Action Plan (EAP) in case of serious injury to player, official or
spectator. The EAP contains the addresses of game and practice facilities to advise emergency services, names and cel
phone numbers of key team personnel (Coach, Manager, Charge Person, Call Person), and medical/emergency contact forms for
all players.

SFFLA Team Management Handbook South Fraser Field Lacrosse has developed a handbook for
team officials to use as a reference guide to manage team affairs during the season. Included are templates for setting out an
Initial Parents Meeting, Team Business Plan, Emergency Action Plan, Roster List and 50/50 License.
